Venus Kriyas-These exercises are designed to blend the polarities of the male and female energies. They also deepen love and divine consciousness between both partners. There is something special that links you with your partner by doing meditations and exercises together. It can be very sexy to know that both of you have the same goal in mind: to strengthen and better your relationship. These kriyas were taught by Yogi Bhajan and are very similar to a Tantric experience. Back in the 1970’s, each exercise was taught for 31 minutes. However, a 3-minute time limit for each Kriya was established in the 1980’s. This is due to the powerful effects of these kriyas. Venus Kriyas are a tool to blend the polarity of energies for spiritual growth. The focus remains at the heart chakra. This projects love and caring, with the attainment of our highest potential. These practices also help expand your highest centers. However, they should never to be used solely for sensual or sexual manipulation nor for exploiting others. Also they should not to be practiced by pregnant women.
Baby Pose Drumming-
an advanced healing technique which you’ll learn and practice today.
Includes the art of tapping or percussion, massage and postures while
listening a 16 beat tabla recording (teental, the 16 beats rhythm of
classical Indian music). This technique is used when you want to reach
the deeper tissues inside a persons body, including the heart,
intestines and lungs, sending waves of healing through the body.
“Your client may have a dead immune system and there may be a chronic problem that resists conventional treatment. So, when nothing works, when a client is feeling hopeless, Baby Pose Drumming will work. If you put teental [16 beat tabla] on the tape deck and listen to that rhytm doing the treatment, the client will get up and be totally changed. The body will automatically readjust itself and the immune system will come through. When your inner drummer hear those 16 beats, that’s kundalini. That is your life force. That’s the secret. What’s the drumming doing? It’s giving the navel point stimulation and arousal, so that the pure energy rises with the master gland[pituitary] directing, and the disease will leave.” Yogi Bhajan~
